The messaging industry identifies wireless or mobile numbers not used for business purposes as consumer usage. All messaging through cloud communication providers is considered non-consumer messaging and is subject to A2P 10DLC requirements.

Our client’s consent call-to-action demonstrates how our firm receives our client’s contact details and the permission to contact via phone call and SMS/MMS. By calling our office phone lines, clients agree and thereby give verbal consent to opt-in and receive calls and messages from our firm. By entering a telephone number through our website, our clients and potential clients agree and consent to calls and messages from our firm. In addition, by initiating a text message signing up at a point-of-sale (POS) or other message sender on-site location, opting-in over the phone using our interactive voice response (IVR) technology, and/or sending a message with an advertising keyword from mobile device, clients and potential clients agree and consent via call-to-action.
